How to report a suspected DUI

If you are on the road and see a potentially impaired driver, you can take actions to help prevent a serious accident.

In any emergency situation you should dial 911.
If it is not an emergency, you can call DPS at 602-223-2000 to report potentially impaired drivers.

If possible, take note of the license plate number and / or the color, make and model of the vehicle. Also note the current cross streets of the vehicle and the direction the vehicle is traveling.

Be sure to keep a safe distance from the vehicle. It is not necessary to follow the vehicle.
