乳化沥青生产步骤：

1、加热沥青至120摄氏度-130摄氏度之间（石油基质沥青），将水加热至70摄氏度备用。

2、将乳化试验机的电加热打开预热5-10分钟后关闭。

3、按照需要生产乳化沥青固含量计量好沥青、乳化剂和水的重量备用。

4、将计量好的乳化剂加入到水中至完全融化制成皂液。

Add the measured emulsifier to the water until it is completely melted to make soap

5、将皂液倒入乳化试验机的料斗中，开启电机开始循环。

6、循环的过程中将加热好的沥青缓慢倒入料斗中，边倒边观察乳化沥青颜色，如呈咖啡色说明乳化成功。

7、将沥青全部倒入料斗后，关闭电机循环，从出料口将乳化沥青接出即可。

8、试验完成后，需用热水清洗试验机，以免造成沥青堵住磨头。

9、清洗方式：将热水倒入料斗中，开启循环，废水放出，再倒入热水继续循环，直至循环口颜色变清澈为止。
